Why is my file not uploading?

• Uploading a local file – try checking your internet connection
• Using a URL – verify the link you have written down is the right one and has no spelling errors, if the link looks ok plain X might not be able to access the file in question

Why is my task not running?

• The service provider you chose might be having problems, try using another one or retry later
• Transcription – the file might be invalid. If it’s an audio or video check that it has a voice
• Voice over – Your SSML might be using option that are not valid for the service you’ve requested or poorly formatted
