Upload text #

To upload a text to plain X click on the Upload button on the sidebar, and either select a file from your computer or paste your text directly in the input.

 

Upload an audio #

To upload an audio to plain X click on the Upload button on the sidebar, and either drag or select a file from your computer.

 

Upload a video #

To upload a video to plain X click on the Upload button on the sidebar, and either select a file from your computer or paste an URL in the input.

 

Change media item name #

After adding a media item to the Library you can, at any time, change it’s name. For that you need to access the Library, click on the media item, click the more options icon on the right and then click Edit.

 

Change media item language #

You can only change the media item language if there isn’t a task associated with it already. For that you need to access the Library, click on the media item, then click the more options icon on the right and click Edit.

 

Share media item #

Media items are sharable between folders, in order to share or unshare a media item you need to access the Library, click on the more options icon next to the media item thumbnail and then, click Share to and choose the folder.

 

Delete media item #

To delete a media item you need to access the Library, click on the more options icon next to the media item thumbnail and then click Remove from and choose the folder.

 

Restore media item #

To restore a media item you need to access the Recycle bin, click on the more options icon next to the media item thumbnail and then click Restore to and choose the folder.

Permanently delete media item #

To permanently delete a media item you need to have already removed the media item from it’s folder. After that you can access the Recycle Bin, click on the more options icon next to the media item thumbnail and then click Delete from all.
